Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine (GOCM) is an open access, open peer-review journal, focusing on publishing high quality research on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders in the fields of gynecologic oncology, pelvic medicine, maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive medicine in obstetrics and gynecology. With an emphasis on clinical and translational contents, GOCM aims to deliver relevant, trustworthy and impactful evidence for clinical practice, promote communication and eventually contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes.

GOCM is an official journal of Peking University and Chinese Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology Press Co. Ltd.

In GOCM's first editorial with BMJ, Editor-in-Chief, Jianliu Wang, lays out his vision for the journal and expresses a commitment to continue delivering evidence-based, reliable and robust research findings to readers.

Prof. Wang encourages authors to submit research articles grounded in evidence, innovative methodologies, and thought-provoking perspectives that have the capacity to enhance clinical practice and contribute to evidence-based training in gynaecology, oncology, oncofertility, pelvic medicine, maternal-fetal healthcare and reproductive medicine.
